Miss Kim

Teen Guild Leader

Kimberly is a creative arts educator, community connector, and strategic thinker whose work lives at the intersection of imagination, problem solving, and human connection. She leads our Branches Teen Guild.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with a BFA in Art Education, Kimberly spent years teaching K–12 students in schools, afterschool programs, workshops, and events, cultivating curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking through the arts.

Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch Kaleidoscope Studios, where she served as Owner and Creative Director. Originally founded in Decatur, GA (2014–2019) before relocating to Chattanooga, the studio became a hub for creativity, learning, and community engagement.

Beyond the classroom and studio, Kimberly has spent many years consulting with small to mid-sized businesses, stepping into operations roles as a chief trouble-shooter, creative problem solver, people connector, operations strategist, and growth hacker. She brings a blend of analytical thinking and artistic intuition, helping organizations untangle complexity, strengthen systems, and unlock new pathways for growth.

A lifelong learner and fierce advocate for critical thinking, creative problem solving, and looking at all things from every angle, Kimberly approaches every challenge with curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset. She is also a proud mom of three amazing young men, an outdoor enthusiast, water seeker, a music lover, and someone who believes a dance party can happen anywhere. Whether she’s exploring a trail, brainstorming with entrepreneurs, or teaching creative process, Kimberly is always seeking ways to infuse life with exploration, joy, and the thrill of learning something new.
