Welcome to the Seedlings Family Questionnaire. This helps us get to know your family and your child in a thoughtful, relational way. Our goal is not simply to gather information, but to begin building a connection that supports your child’s growth throughout the year.

Seedlings is our drop-off enrichment program for children ages 5–9, rooted in Charlotte Mason’s philosophy of living education. Children learn through nature study, stories, art, music, hands-on exploration, and meaningful play.

At MindGarden, we understand that children will have moments of struggle—this is a natural and important part of development. Rather than trying to eliminate these moments, we work to support children through them in ways that protect relationship, emotional growth, and a sense of safety. We partner closely with parents in this process.

When children miss their parents during the day, we support them through connection, comfort, and gentle ways of holding onto home while they are here.
